Batman is Not Joining The CW's DC TV Universe as Rumored

The CW unveiled its TCA presentation for the upcoming fall season, giving DC TV fans new reveals and previews of shows like Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl. During the presentation, producer Andrew Kriesberg made it clear that prior rumors that CW shows were trying to acquire Batman for their DC TV Universe were false:

Sorry for all you DC TV fans hoping to see The Dark Knight join the "Flarrowverse" gang; Tyler Hoechlin's Superman is the only one of the "Trinity" you'll see on the small screen for the time being. With Gotham also holding a claim to Batman's world (if not the man himself) on TV, this could be a messy knot to untangle...

Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl all return this fall on The CW.
