Marvel Cinematic Universe fans can now catch a glimpse at what could have been Thor's gladiator look on the planet Sakaar in Thor: Ragnarok.

Fans who have seen the film will remember Thor entering the arena and taking on the Hulk for the entertainment of the despot called the Grandmaster. In the film, Thor had a helmet for armor and not much else, but early designs as him in a much more heavily-armored look.

Artist Karla Ortiz shared some concept art for the look on Twitter, along with an explanation of what she was going for.

"Day 7 of Thor: Ragnarok art drop, and it's the Asgardian himself, Thor, played by the incredible Chris Hemsworth," Ortiz tweeted. "This is an early pass on what his new Sakaaran armor could've been. I imagined Thor would've grabbed different parts of armor, and somehow made it look fashionable."
