You can’t keep a good vampire down, and that’s why Nosferatu is coming back to the big screen.

The remake of the German 1922 silent film, itself based on Bram Stoker’s Dracula novel, now has it’s Nosferatu in talented actor Doug Jones. Jones has excelled in bringing exotic and alien characters to life in films like Pan’s labyrinth, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (the best part about that film was Jones) and Hellboy, so the choice seems to be a good one.
The film is being directed by David Lee Fisher, who is trying something a little different. The film is actually going to contain digitally remixed pieces of the original film along with all the new footage.
The Nosferatu remake has no release date or production date as of yet.
