Destiny 2 is currently available for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and Guardians have already accomplished some amazing feats within the game's post-campaign content. Most notably with the big raid currently ongoing: Leviathan.

With records being set left and right, including the boss being defeated with just two players when six is the recommended, there's a lot of excitement buzzing around this big event. One thing that might be particularly exciting isn't an actual feature; it's a glitch.

While the endgoal of the Leviathan raid promises some pretty sweet loot as a reward, there are also chests and impressive drops along the way. It is in this that players have found an interesting little exploit that has a big payoff: chests can be accessed through the floor and walls in the Castellum - a tiny glitch that gives the big opportunity for players to loot those chests solo without the rest of their fire team.

YouTuber SquirelockHolmes compiled a video to show other Destiny 2 players how it is done. The forums and comments on this video have also confirmed that it's not a one-game glitch, it's available for many other Guardians as well. Take a look at the video below:

With a hotfix scheduled maintenance period slated for October 3, it's very possible that this glitch will be patched up soon because of its high level payoff. If you're currently active in raids, and are interested in a little extra loot, get in on this action while you still can. Hopefully if Bungie does address this issue, it won't be bumped up in priority above other glitch fixes within the raid such as the Exotic weapon raid quest that's been locking players out of getting the Legend of Acrius Exotic Shotgun.

Destiny 2 is now out for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, with a PC release slated for October 24th.
