director James Gunn has posted a visual effects test image of Rocket Raccoon to Instagram.Rocket Raccoon, being that he is an alien that looks like a talking raccoon, is considered to be one of Marvel’s hardest sells as a character, so it’s important that he looks good visually. He will be voiced by Bradley Cooper in the film.In Guardians of the Galaxy, in the far reaches of space, an American pilot named Peter Quill finds himself the object of a manhunt after stealing an orb coveted by the villainous Ronan.Guardians of the Galaxy comes to theaters August 1, 2014.
