R. Lee Ermey, who played Gunny Sergeant Hartman in Full Metal Jacket, is being added to the voice cast of Call of Duty: Ghosts. Ermey's voice will be available as downloadable content in the "Drill Instructor Voice Pack." The DLC allows players to swap out their normal multiplayer alerts for Ermey's much more "enthusiastic" takes, with lines like "A day without blood is like a day without sunshine!" Ermeys previous voice work includes the army soldier sergeant from Toy Story and Wildcat in Batman: The Brave and the Bold – The Videogame. The Drill Instructor Voice pack will come to the Xbox Live Marketplace – alongside another voice pack featuring the voice of Snoop Dogg – on April 22. Release dates for other platforms will follow.
