Comic-Con International: San Diego 2016 held its annual preview night this evening, and ComicBook.com is on the floor seeing what there is to see, and there is plenty. We’ve taken over 100 photos from the floor of San Diego Comic-Con, and you can see them all in the gallery below.
The gallery features shots from the DC Comics booth, which featured costumes from the upcoming Wonder Woman and Suicide Squad movies. High-end collectibles were out in full force at the Hot Toys booth, which was displaying a number of new and interesting Suicide Squad products, and the Sideshow Collectibles booth, which had stunning statues of Marvel and DC Comics characters, including the Dark Phoenix, Wolverine, the Hulk, and Doomsday, and more, like a bust of Walter White from Breaking Bad. We also paid a visit to the Nick booth and the LEGO booth, which had life-size LEGO recreations of Wonder Woman and Captain America. See it all in the gallery below.
Comic-Con International: San Diego is the annual pop culture event that brings thousands of fans together to celebrate and engross themselves in fandom. Fans have the chance to see and meet their favorite writers, actors, authors, artists, and directors and to be the first to see the latest offerings from comic book publishers and the latest trailers from the biggest studios in Hollywood. San Diego Comic-Con is also the home of the Eisner Awards, which are general regarded as the comic book industry equivalent to the Academy Awards for the film industry.
San Diego Comic-Con 2016 kicks off in full force on Thursday, July 21, and runs through Sunday, July 24
