The company just unveiled the best look yet at their new The Flash Art Scale 1/10 statue. This statue is the first DC Comics character to join Iron Studios’ third Art Scale Series, with past figures including Deathstroke, Catwoman, Shazam, and more.
The Flash Art Scale statue’s design is influenced by artist Ivan Reis’ depiction of the character, which can be seen across plenty of DC Comics appearances.
The polystone figure is completely hand-painted, and depicts Barry Allen/The Flash skidding onto the scene. If you purchase the figure from Iron Studios’ website, or from Concept Store locations, it will also include an attachable tornado of wind to add to Barry’s arm.
Aside from his role in the pages of DC Comics, Barry Allen has two prominent live-action portrayals for fans to fall in love with. The CW’s The Flash, Grant Gustin, has been playing the character for years, and garnered quite a bit of his own merchandise in the process. And Ezra Miller’s interpretation of the character, is set to appear on the big-screen – and on collectors’ shelves – in November’s Justice League.
The Flash Art Scale 1/10 Statue is currently unavailable for pre-order, but Iron Studios has an option to notify you when it is officially up for sale. The figure is expected to retail for $349.99.
