Fans Agree: ‘Justice League’ Cast Could Take ‘Avengers’ Cast In A Fight

Justice League vs. Avengers is a debate which might never be resolved on the big screen but fans have almost unanimously agreed which group of cast members is better suited for a fight!

After having a little fun on Twitter, the responses were astoundingly in favor of the Justice League cast which consists of Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ray Fisher, Ezra Miller, and Jason Momoa. If the six were pitted against The Avengers’ core six actors Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, and Jeremy Renner, the bets are on the former group.

Here’s how the debate began…

There were no specific rules in place which prompted all sorts of responses but almost each of them favor the Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, Flash, and Aquaman actors.

For argument’s sake, according to a few Google searches, the Justice League hero cast weighs in at about 1,152 pounds, while the six core Avengers cast members combine for 1,029 pounds.

Now, for the fans…

The League

As though the fans quickly did the math on combined weight between the casts, the responses favored the Justice League in a fight.

“Imagine thinking it’ll even be a fair fight,” Ankit wrote. “Justice League would rip them apart in second.” To be fair, it’s unclear whether Ankit is describing the heroes or actors. The rest, however, seem pretty clear in their stance.

“Gal [Gadot] can take on half of them,” writes one user before specifically citing Renner, Ruffalo, Johansson and Downey as Gadot’s first targets.

One fan, who operates on Twitter under the name Rope Bunny was quick to choose the Avengers bunch…

…but was just as quick to change her mind!

It’s clear, the Justice League actors are a force to be reckoned with.

Earth’s Mightiest Heroes were not completely counted out. Though the landslide line on the booking of this fight favors the Justice League actors, a quieter bunch did show some support for the Avengers cast in the showdown of the ages.

Amber and Dube agree, The Avengers take this one.

As does @JimReagh and @CanDugo.

Some arguments were made for Chris Evans being able to put in an effort which would get his co-stars a victory but they were largely drown out by the outpouring of fans in Jason Momoa’s corner.

In fact, for as many votes as there were for the Justice League cast, there was about as many callouts to Aquaman actor Jason Momoa specifically. The 230 pound beer drinking, axe-throwing phenom could apparently take most of the Avengers cast himself, by the sound of it!

“Jason Momoa would trample the Avengers cast alone,” @carbo_knight wrote, with Andrei calling him “a legit killer” below.

A Twitter user going by the name of Broose Wayne favors the actor for his impressive guns.

And they’re not alone…
