However, a lot of players aren't happy with the changes. Many Pokemon Go players have pointed out that they need the full 60 minutes to get enough players to do a raid, and that the crowds often didn't come out until the very end of the raid window. While the smaller raid timer might benefit players who need "random" players to fill out their raid teams, it doesn't exactly help players who are organizing via Discord or Facebook.
Other players were upset that the raid eggs still appeared for a full hour before the raid. Many players would have preferred shrinking the amount of time a raid egg appeared before a raid while lengthening the amount the actual raid takes place.
It's clear that Pokemon Go is gearing up for something, so we'll just have to see how these new changes affect players.
