Batman Vs. Superman Movie Reportedly To Film in Toronto

Will Toronto serve as Metropolis or Gotham City? It's impossible to know yet, but it seems as though Warner Bros. will abandon Vancouver's lush wilderness for an urban setting where they get better tax credits, according to Vacinity Buzz. Reports the site, which appears to be an advocacy site for the Vancouver film community, "Over the last nine months, the Vancouver film industry has lost major contracts of producing mega-budget Hollywood sequel films including X-Men, Fantastic Four, and now Man of Steel 2. These films were all previously shot in Vancouver." It seems likely that the film will do some of its shooting in Plano, Illinois again, since Diane Lane has been confirmed to reprise her role as Martha Kent.
