The Original Star Wars Gets the Honest Trailers Treatment

The folks at Screen Junkies are launching a slew of new shows with their new “Screen Junkies Plus” subscription service, and to make sure people saw the announcement, they did an honest trailer for a movie (and franchise) you may have heard of lately: Star Wars.

The honest trailer heavily praises the film, or at least the original version of it. It heavily leans on how ground-breaking it was, and its influence throughout history.

It also makes an interesting connection between two performers’ roles in the prequels and original trilogy, and notes a couple little continuity inconsistencies, of course. Go watch them poke fun at that thing you love as usual.
