When DC Entertainment announced Arrow Season 2.5, the digital-first comics series that will bridge the gap between the second and third seasons of the hit CW series, one of the first things that stuck out in the description was that Officer Quentin Lance, who ended Season Two clinging to life, would be "Captain Lance" in the comic.

That he had not only survived his injuries, but been promoted, wasn't entirely surprising: much of the Police Department's upper management took a hit during Deathstroke's attack on the city, and Lance had been entrusted with the task of directing law enforcement efforts and working with Team Arrow during the crisis.

Now filming its first episode of Season Three, Arrow has seen its stars and producers take enthusiastically to social media over the last couple of days, offering tantalizing little bits of information and raising questions with their posts.

And here's the latest: the image above, shared by star Stephen Amell on Facebook (not Twitter as originally reported). Featuring an even blonder Laurel and Lance dressed in his dress whites, it's a glimpse into what the cast will look like in the season premiere, titled "The Calm."
