An image of Thanos wielding a fully loaded Infinity Gauntlet, used as a teaser for the announcement of Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 & Part 2, is included on the Blu-ray/DVD release of Avengers: Age of Ultron. That image has been uploaded to the web.
Thanos, voiced by Josh Brolin, has been menacing the Marvel Cinematic Universe from behind a curtain since the first Avengers movie. At present, he possesses zero Infinity Stones (actually, he's minus one for those keeping score, after allowing the Stone in the scepter he gave Loki to fall into the heroes' hands), but it looks like he'll manage to acquire them all either prior to or during Infinity War.
Last we saw of Thanos, he broke out his spare Infinity Gauntlet and stated his intent to track down the Stones himself.
