Destiny: The Taken King Reveal Teaser Trailer Released

Bungie has releaed a teaser trailer for today's Twitch reveal of Year Two of Destiny: The Taken King.

The Taken King is the upcoming expansion for Destiny that introduces a new story campaign and quests, new enemies, new locations, new Strikes and Crucible maps, a new Raid, and more. The Taken King also introduces three new Guardian subclasses, and new weapons, armor, and gear.

In The Taken King's story campaign, a dark shadow has fallen over our worlds. Oryx, The Taken King, is hell-bent on vengeance and is raising an army of corrupted "Taken" forces by manipulating the Darkness itself. You must find a way into his impenetrable Dreadnaught ship to defeat The Taken King before he and his dark army consume our civilization and bring our solar system to ruin.

The Destiny: The Taken King Twitch stream will take place at 11 a.m. PT on Bungie's channel.

Destiny: The Taken King will release Sept 15.
