Hyrule Warriors 3DS Trailer Released, Adds Wind Waker Characters

A new Japanese trailer has revealed that The Legend of Zelda acton game spinoff Hyrule Warriors is coming to the Nintendo 3DS.

Hyrule Warriors was originally developed by Omega Force and Team Ninja for the Wii U, as part of a collaboration between Nintendo and Koei Tecmo. The game combines characters and concepts from the Zelda series with the gameplay of Koei's Dynasty Warriors series.

The trailer reveals Tetra and King Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule, both from The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, will be added to the 3DS version of the game. Buying the 3DS version will also unlock these characters in the Wii U version.

No word yet on plans for a US release.
