While we'd never be caught dead saying that comic books are just for kids, it's hardly a surprise to see that comic book movies and television shows have dominated the nominations for Nickelodeon's Kid's Choice Awards this year.

Claiming a spot in every applicable category, the comic book nominees remind us that we're not the only ones infatuated with anything related to the realm of superheroes and super villains.

Favorite Family TV Show: Gotham, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and

Favorite Cartoon: Teen Titans Go! and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Favorite TV Actress: Chloe Bennet (Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.)
