Though a lot of merchandise for Star Wars: The Last Jedi recently went on sale for the Force Friday II event at the beginning of the month, one character was left out of a lot of different product lines.
But a recently revealed 3.75-inch action figure from Hasbro finally brings Benicio del Toro‘s mysterious role to the hands of collectors.

DJ from Star Wars: The Last Jedi recently debuted at HASCON, Hasbro’s first ever convention showcasing new items from its various TV, Movie, and toy projects.
Ever since del Toro was announced to be a part of the cast for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, fans have been wondering about his mysterious character and what impact he’d have on the film.
Though this new action figure does not reveal much about the character except that he might have a cool blaster, we previously learned what his initials could stand for thanks to a different release.
Director Rian Johnson teased that “DJ” would have significant meaning in the new film, and some fans immediately speculated that it could stand for “Dark Jedi.” But a new POP! Vinyl figure from Funko shows the character’s hat features text that translates to the phrase “Don’t Join.”
The text is not visible on this figure, and until we see the film we can’t confirm outright that the character’s initials stand for that particular phrase.
DJ is said to play a prominent role on Canto Bight, the casino planet uninvolved with the war between Resistance and First Order forces. Rose and Finn end up journeying to Canto Bight to meet with DJ at some point in the film, though it’s not clear the reasons why.
Some rumors have suggest that Maz Kanata knows DJ from previous dealings and she is the one who puts the Resistance members on the path to meet with him on Canto Bight.
Hopefully we learn more about this mysterious character as we get ready for the premiere of Star Wars: The Last Jedi on December 15.
