The big Pokemon Go update that came isn't over yet, as updates and improvements are still coming out quickly. One of the newest components that came with the update is the raid system that allows players to work together to take on powerful Pokemon, and the Trainer level required for participating in the raids has once again been lowered to make the function more accessible to players.

News of the level being lowered once again comes from the official Twitter account for Pokemon Go. The account has been pretty reliable at posting follow-ups concerning what's going in with the most recent update, and they confirmed in a recent tweet that the level has been lowered once more.

Some players are still just a tad out of reach when it comes to the new minimum level for competing in the raid battles, and several replies were from players asking about when it would be going lower, but the new raid level is still better than the first level requirement that was set at level 35.

Earlier today, Pokemon Go also posted on their Twitter account that they'd dropped the level restriction to 31 as opposed to 35. Lowering this level will make it a bit more accessible for players to join in on the battles and take a chance at earning some items and a new Pokemon, and they look to make it completely open to players within the next few weeks.

Within these new raids, players from all three teams can work together during timed events to take on a high-level Pokemon. You'll need a Raid Pass to do that though, which you can get from gyms or from the in-game store.
