As noted by Sephron13 below, arms dealer Milo Armitage is a not-insignificant figure in the history of the Green Arrow mythology…although he hasn’t appeared on-panel with Oliver before.Amitage was a thorn in the side of Connor Hawke, Oliver Queen’s son who took over the Green Arrow mantle briefly–as well as Connor’s stepfather, having married Moonday Hawke (his mother).
