There are a lot of comic books out there. Like, a lot. It can be intimidating to look at the shelves of comic shops or bookstores or even online and see everything there is to offer. What's good? Where do I start? What should I buy?

Luckily, there's a comic book curation box subscription service called Comic Bento. For $20 a month (or less with a long-term subscription) readers can have a box of at least $50 worth of graphic novels from the largest publishers in the industry sent to their mailbox each month. Participating publishers include Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Dark Horse Comics, Image Comics, IDW Comics, Valiant Comics, Archie Comics, Oni Press, and more.

The process is simple. Sign up for a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription. Then, just wait while Comic Bento processes the order and sends your box out for delivery. Once your box arrives, open it up and enjoy your comics.

Each month's box is centered on a theme. Past themes have included genres like "Science Fiction," "Fantasy," and "Horror," and more recent themes have been built on concepts and ideas like "Masks," "Cinematic Adventures," and "Button Mash."

July's theme is "They, Robots," and there's still time to sign up to receive one. Just head over the Comic Bento website to sign up before 11:59 p.m. ET on July 15. ComicBook.com readers can enter the promo code COMICBOOK to receive 40 percent off of a 3-month Comic Bento subscription. Then, just sit back and wait for your box of comics to arrive.
