When Felicity Smoak comes to visit Central City, it will be a party.

Earlier this week, The CW revealed that Emily Bett Rickards will play her Arrow character, Felicity Smoak, on a fourth-season episode of The Flash titled “Girl’s Night Out.” That episode title is indicative of the episode’s premise, which sees Felicity joining the female members of Team Flash for some fun.

“It’s really fun,” executive producer Todd Helbing tells TV Line. “The girls [including a visiting Felicity Smoak] go and have a night out in Central City alone, without the guys. And they get into some trouble.”

The idea of a girls-only event in Central City has left some fans wondering if this could be a bachelorette party Iris West leading up to her getting married to Barry Allen. Helbing would only “Possibly,” with a laugh.

In order for Barry Allen to get married, Team Flash would first have to retrieve The Flash from the Speed Force and, surprisingly, Iris West may not be entirely on board with that idea. However, visions of the future have implied that Barry and Iris are destined to be married before The Flash sacrifices himself to save the world from some kind of major, potentially cataclysmic crisis.

“Girl’s Night Out” will also be the episode in which Battlestar Galactica star Katee Sackhoff makes her debut as a recurring guest star, playing DC Comics villain Blacksmith.

The Flash returns for its fourth season on The CW on Tuesday, October 10th at 8 p.m. ET.

From the Arrow creative team of executive producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg and director David Nutter, THE FLASH is a fast-paced super hero drama that follows the high-speed adventures of the Fastest Man Alive. Written by Berlanti, Kreisberg and DC Entertainment’s Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns, the action drama follows Central City Police scientist Barry Allen, an everyday guy with the heart of a hero and the genuine desire to help others.
