DC has released a teaser trailer for the upcoming, first collected volumes of their sold-out Rebirth line of comics.

Launched back in May, the Rebirth line kicked off with DC Universe: Rebirth #1, a story that revealed the heroes of the DC Universe were unknowingly on a collision course with Doctor Manhattan from Watchmen.

The issue also reintroduced concepts that had been lost since the publisher’s line-wide 2011 relaunch “The New 52,” giving a home to properties like the Legion of Super-Heroes and the Justice Society of America.

You can see the trailer above — which particularly spotlights movie- and TV-friendly characters like Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Arrow, and the Suicide Squad — above.

(Curiously, it also includes imagery from the delayed Super Sons, which hasn’t yet launched and will not be part of the initial Rebirth trade paperback launch. Both of its lead characters — the Damien Wayne Robin and the Jonathan Kent Superboy — do appear in their parents’ respective titles, though.)

In the weeks and months following the release of DC Universe: Rebirth — which itself got a hardcover special edition reissue last week — the publisher released dozens of new comics, most launching with a Rebirth one-shot (all of which are collected in the DC Rebirth Omnibus hardcover, available tomorrow). Then the books were relaunched with a tone and sensibility that’s been describd as more upbeat, less violent, and more “classic.”

The first wave of DC Rebirth collected editions include Green Arrow: The Death and Life of Oliver Queen; Superman: Son of Superman; Aquaman: The Drowning; Batman: I Am Gotham; The Flash: Lightning Strikes Twice; Justice League: The Extinction Machine; Green Lanterns: Rage Planet; Detective Comics: Rise of the Batmen; and Wonder Woman: The Lies.

The comics will be released at the rate of two a week between January 4, 2017, and the end of February.
