The issue, which will be on the stands Wednesday, also features a variant cover from Wonder Woman: Rebirth artist Liam Sharp.
Dastardly and Muttley is part of DC’s next wave of Hanna-Barbera reinventions, and while the characters appeared in Wacky Raceland, this version of the classic cartoon villains is unrelated to the Mad Max-inspired madness of that series.
