New ‘Justice League’ High-Res Photos Released

The release date for Justice League keeps edging closer, and Warner Bros. is beginning to market the film heavily, even though there’s evidence that it’s going to be a photo finish for the movie to be completed.

One way to tell that the studio has limited options when it comes to Justice League is in the repetitious (re)cycling of footage and imagery that is being used in the marketing and promotional campaign.

Case in point: today we have some Justice League photos that were put out by Warner Bros. India. While fans have definitely seen these images highlighted before, at least they’ll be able to appreciate them in high resolution:

The Wonder Woman

Here’s Wonder Woman standing in the midst of a battle that is, or just was, taking place. From the look of concern on here face, the battle may not be going too well. 

Diana Meets Fox

In this image, Wonder Woman is dressed down in her civilian guise as Diana Prince, and she’s got her eye on something wondrous, judging by the expression. 

While it can’t be confirmed from just one image, the educated money points to the moment when Batman unveils his Flying Fox aerial vehicle to the team. If it is, then Diana will clearly be impressed — even if it’s not invisible. 

The Borgmobile

Ray Fisher has been campaigning hard to make Cyborg a breakout star of Justice League, starting with his #BorgLife movement. 

This scene from the Justice League trailer, with Cyborg taking control of the Batmobile, has wowed fans, and definitely helps to distinguish the DC superhero as something special.

Cyborg Home

This particular image has been shown in Justice League trailers as a meaningful moment for Cyborg; we just don’t know what it means, exactly. 

The domestic setting seems similar to another scene from trailers, where Victor Stone’s father, Dr. Silas Stone (Joe Morton) seems in imminent danger from one of Steppenwolf’s Parademons. Could this be the aftermath of a tragic moment for Cyborg? 

The Flash Cave

There’s been a lot of attention given to Barry Allen’s (Ezra Miller) secret hideout as the Flash. This image gives us another angle on all the fun Easter eggs hidden in the “Flash Cave”; if you want a more extensive breakdown, check out this image here. 

“Heard You Weren’t Real”

This moment from the first Justice League trailer created a rare moment of humor in the DC Films Universe, as Cyborg throws shade at Batman by stating that, as far as he heard, The Batman wasn’t real. 

Ever the master of wits, Batman responds with “I’m real when it’s useful.”
