Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice won the Comic-Con Internet buzz battle, according to international communications company Way to Blue.

Batman v. Superman had a relatively small presence at the convention, with only a brief appearance by its stars and director, but the big reveal of Gal Gadot fully costumed as Wonder Woman sent social media into overload, with the film generating 248,96 mentions and 24,550 (10%) Intent-To-View mentions over the course of the convention.

Despite its greater presence, Avengers: Age of Ultron only generated the fifth most buzz of any title, generating 173,782 mentions and 22,648 (13%) Intent mentions.

While plenty of fans are looking forward to the Avengers sequel, most of its stars have been seen in at least three films already, making it hard to compete with Wonder Woman, who will be gracing the silver screen for the first time.

Guardians of the Galaxy and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies also generated an impressive buzz, as did television properties Game of Thrones and Teen Wolf, with the latter being the third most buzzed property overall.
