While it took The Lego Movie 23 days to cross the $200 million mark, Captain America: The Winter Soldier was able to cross the mark in only 17 days. Captain America: The Winter Soldier is already the highest grossing film of the year at the worldwide box office by a large margin. Captain America: The Winter Soldier has grossed $586.6 million at the worldwide box office, over $150 million more than the next highest grossing film.
