In October, it was announced that Screenvision Media, a national cinema advertising leader, formed an alliance with 4K Media to distribute the highly anticipated Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions in U.S. theaters on Friday, January 20, but as you can see in the latest 30-second trailer above, its limited-time theatrical engagement will start one week later than originally planned.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions, the stakes have never been higher; the rivalries never as fierce; the risks never so great. One wrong move—one card short—and it's game over for good. A decade in the making, "Yu-Gi-Oh! THE DARK SIDE OF DIMENSIONS" features new designs and an all-new story from the original creator of the global phenomenon, Kazuki Takahashi. His masterful tale features anime's most beloved characters in their long-awaited return: Yugi Muto, Seto Kaiba and their faithful friends Joey Wheeler, Tristan Taylor, Téa Gardner and Bakura. Yu-Gi-Oh! is a gaming manga created by Kazuki Takahashi. The series was serialized in the pages of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine from September 1996 until March 2004. The series follows Yugi Muto, a young boy who solves the ancient Millennium Puzzle and awakens an alter ego inside of him that solves conflicts using games.

Yu-Gi-Oh! has been adapted into two different anime series, first in 1998 by Toei Animation, then again by Studio Gallop. The Studio Gallop series ran from 2000-2004. There has also been three previous Yu-Gi-Oh! movies and several spinoffs. The Duel Monsters game from the series is the basis of the real world Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game, which remains one of the best-selling trading card games in the world.

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions hits theaters in the US on January 27, 2017! For the North American release, Dan Green and Eric Stuart are reprising their roles as the voices of Yugi Muto, and Seto Kaiba, respectively.
