Ok, so we still don't have the full trailer for The Wolverine yet, but that's coming tomorrow. What we do have this morning is the second teaser trailer for the actual The Wolverine trailer. On Monday, director James Mangold released about a six second compilation of flashes of footage from The Wolverine trailer, which he called a tweaser. Today, MTV released a full twenty seconds of footage, which contains some actual dialogue. We see just enough of the action and what's going on to determine that the early leaked The Wolverine trailer description looks to have been correct. Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before. The Wolverine stars Hugh Jackman and is directed by James Mangold. The Wolverine will be released in movie theaters in the United States on July 26, 2013.
