Arrow Midseason Premiere Synopsis Released

The CW has released the official synopsis for "Blood Debts," the Season Four midseason premiere of Arrow, which will air on January 19.

The episode sees Oliver on a manhunt looking for Damieh Darhk, who was responsibe for the attack on Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak in the midseason finale.
