Batman V. Superman's Amy Adams To Host Saturday Night Live

Amy Adams, Lois Lane herself, is set to host Saturday Night Live on December 20th.

Adams, who starred as the Daily Planet's intrepid reporter in Man of Steel and will return in the 2016 sequel Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, will headline Live's final episode of 2014. This will be her second time hosting the NBC sketch comedy show. Her first hosting gig was back in 2008.

Adams will follow a list of other A-list hosts throughout December, including The Spider-Man trilogy's James Franco on December 6th, The Hobbit trilogy's Martin Freeman on December 13th. Niki Minaj and Charli XCX will be the musical guests of those respective episodes, though no musical guest has been announced for Adams' episode.

While Adams will most likely plug her December 20th film, Big Eyes, we're all hopeful that some reference to Batman V. Superman, or at least Lois Lane, is made.
