Season two of Daredevil introduces Punisher and Elektra, which everyone has been talking about, but it also the full-time debut of the new costume for the titular hero. After showing up at the end of season one, this season sees Matt Murdock, played by Charlie Cox, wearing it while fighting crimes and smashing faces.

Cox also told ComicBook.com that the costume has been a big improvement as it's been developed.

"As the costume has progressed, it's really become very user-friendly, which I think is really important actually, because from the character point of view, you should feel that he can put this on relatively quickly," Cox said. "Obviously there are aspects to it, because it's a television show, that take a little bit more time, or are a little bit more complicated."

The real key is in the helmet/cowl, which as fans will see in the first couple of episodes, comes off with a relatively easy latch on the back.

"They've adapted the whole cowl and helmet aspect of it, which is really now a case of just [mimics unlatching the back and pulling it off], And I'm on," the actor explained. "It means that I can do scenes with the costume and be in the car or back at the apartment before the cowl is going on and still be in the suit, which, last year, was a real problem because it was all connected. So yes, it's great."

Of course, that doesn't stop a few problems early in season two with the costume - or a complaint or two from Murdock about it in-character.

Daredevil season two hits Netflix March 18, 2015.
