Weapons technology may have advanced beyond anyone's wildest expectations, but at the end of the day, all one really needs is a good German longsword.

At least, that's what the comedy web series, DweebCast, looks to prove in their latest episode. In this week's cast, hosts Andy and Chloe sharpen their sword skills by taking lessons with an actual sword fighting instructor. As the instructor informs them, interest in Western martial arts and culture has spiked over the past several years. He can probably thank Peter Jackson and George R.R. Martin for that.
