The Recorded Picture Company has released their first photo of Tom Hiddleston in the upcoming psychological thriller, High Rise.

Hiddleston plays the film's anti-hero, Dr. Robert Laing, in the story about social structure and class inequality. High Rise follows Laing, a doctor who is lured into a luxurious high-rise community populated by London's social elite in 1975. Isolated from the rest of the world, the high-rise community shuns the lower-class residents who live in the apartment's lower floors. But the walls between the haves and the have-nots breaks when Laing meets a documentary filmmaker who lives on the building's second floor. As Laing and the filmmaker's relationship blurs social lines, the high-rise community breaks into a violent protest.

Directed by Ben Wheatley, High-Rise is a remake of a 1970s film. The film also stars Batman V. Superman's Jeremy Irons, The Hobbit's Luke Evans, and Mad Men's Elizabeth Moss

An exact release date has not been announced, but High Rise will hit theaters sometime in 2015.
