While vacationing with his family, Batman writer Scott Snyder has commented a bit on his next, post-"Endgame" story in the title, calling it "absurd" and inviting fans to "come jump the shark" with the creative team.

Just trying to prepare the haters for the end of endgame when we reveal our entire run was a dream...

Of course, "jumping the shark" is a colloquialism for the moment that a story takes a turn for the worse or absurd. But it sure seems like Snyder is hinting at something else...!
We'll find out more in June; "Endgame" ends in March, and then Snyder and Greg Capullo's Batman is off for two months for Convergence.
