Super Hero Squad Show Debuts On Cartoon Network

The Super Hero Squad Show made its American debut today (Monday, September 14) on the Cartoon Network. The Super Hero Squad Show features the adventures of Marvel Comics heroes like Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Silver Surfer, Wolverine, and Storm. In the cartoon series, the Super Hero Squad unites together in order to protect Super Hero City from VillainVille. The villains include Dr. Doom and his allies, who are attempting to gather pieces of the powerful Infinity Sword. The Super Hero Squad Show features the following talent playing the roles of the series' characters: Tom Kenny (Spongebob), Charlie Adler (Transformers 1 & 2), Steve Blum (Wolverine and the X-Men), and Grey DeLisle (Fairly Oddparents and The Replacements). Some of the guest-stars scheduled to appear include: Wayne Knight of Seinfeld), LeVar Burton (Reading Rainbow, Star Trek: The Next Generation), Michelle Trachtenberg (Gossip Girl, 17 Again, Buffy), Greg Grunberg (Heroes), Lena Headey (Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, 300), Adrian Pasdar (Heroes), Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galatica), Jennifer Morrison (House), Tamera Mowry (Twitches and Sister, Sister), Robert Englund (A Nightmare on Elm Street films), and Stan Lee as the Mayor of Super Hero City.
