World War Z New Poster

Over the weekend, a new trailer for World War Z showed up online, but it turns out that it wasn't supposed to be officially released until today. Now, Paramount has officially released the new World War Z trailer along with a brand new World War Z poster. World War Z is centered around a zombie apocalypse, but the trailer never utilizes the word "zombie." It's an interesting choice considering that zombies are red hot right now with the success of The Walking Dead. Perhaps, Paramount is attempting to distance the film from low budget zombie movies and instead tie it more to disease centered films like Contagion. Another thing that has fans buzzing is that the airplane sequence at the end of the trailer is very reminiscent of a scene in Iron Man 3 that was featured in the Iron Man 3 super bowl trailer. Of course, World War Z was originally slated to be released on December 21, 2012 but it was pushed back to June 21, 2013. The airplane segment for World War Z was filmed well before Paramount could have known that Iron Man 3 would be featuring a similar "hole in airplane" segment.
