The Rock Eats Candy For The First Time Since 1989 With Jimmy Fallon

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has not had candy since 1989. For the first time since then, Johnson enjoyed some Pop Rocks with Jimmy Fallon on the The Tonight Show.

Johnson stated the last time that he had candy was in 1989 at a movie theater, and the candy was Twizzlers. "I'm just not a big candy guy," stated Johnson, "You know I love cheat meals, right, I love that, but I'm just not like into the candy thing."

Jimmy Fallon was then determined to have The Rock eat some candy with him for the first time in over 20 years. Fallon then stated, "Maybe I could tempt you to make a little history tonight," as he pulled out an array of candy including giant Twizzlers, a Nerds rope, Ring Pops, and an extremely over-sized Gummy Worm.

The Rock finally gave into Fallon's temptations with the candy saying, "You know, we're here, a big movie comes out right tomorrow. I think we bust open the Twizzlers and we have a Twizzler right here, right now."

Then before indulging in the Twizzlers, Fallon recalled,"Oh, you know what I thought might be fun, I have Pop Rocks here." Fallon and The Rock agreed that may be more fun.

Fallon then poured the Pop Rocks in Johnson's mouth as he stated, "Wow, that's amazing! That's what candy tastes like. It's great."

Dwayne Johnson was visiting Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show to promote his upcoming film Central Intelligence. The movie stars Johnson and Kevin Hart, who was just on James Corden's Late Late show also to promote the movie but in an epic rap battle with James Corden.
