There's a horde of zombies headed your way, so lock the door, turn the TV on, and sit on the couch to watch them.

AMC is launching its Walking Dead marathon starting on October 5 at 6 PM EST with the series premiere episode, "Days Gone Bye," followed by seasons 1, 2, and 3 conquering the week night programming. Over the weekend, season 4 and 5 will air staring Saturday, October 10 at 12:30 EST, leading up to the extended, 90-minute premiere (which we've reviewed right here) on Sunday, October 11 at 9 PM EST.

Are you going to take a trip down memory lane, starting in Atlanta, stopping at the farm, the prison, and Terminus, on the way to Alexandria? Or are you a new viewer watching the marathon to catch up in time for season 6?

The Walking Dead's sixth season premieres October 11 at 9 PM EST on AMC.
