Amy Jo Johnson has accomplished a great deal in her career thus far, but a certain section of her fans will always look at her as the Pink Ranger. So how does that sit with her?
That was the question at hand when Johnson spoke to The Star about her new film The Space Between, which she not only stars in but also directs. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was actually her first acting job back in 1993 and was asked how much of that role is still part of her identity.

“I think it comes in phases, but because (The Space Between) came out this year and, because all those children are now in their late 20s, early 30s — they’re adults — it’s sort of having this bit of a resurgence for a moment. It’s all good, it doesn’t bother me.”
Johnson has embraced the fans at every stop along the way and even made a cameo in the recent live-action reboot alongside Jason David Frank. She also makes convention appearances to interact with the fans on a regular basis and even donned the costume once more for an impromptu musical performance with a guitar.
It will always be a part of her legacy, but she seems to be perfectly fine with that.

When Mitch (Michael Cram), a proud new father, discovers that his baby isn’t his, he leaves his small-town and sets out on a journey to find the baby’s true daddy and ultimately what it means to be a father.
