AMC dropped a new teaser trailer for the upcoming seventh season of The Walking Dead and with comes a whole new batch of footage of the Kingdom, its leader Ezekiel, his pet tiger Shiva, and newest resident Morgan.
The new footage seems to tease a bit of mutiny from one of the Kingdom's soldiers as he trusts Morgan to keep a secret for him. For fans lacking knowledge of the comics, the men in the combat armor are soldiers from the new community, so the man seen telling Morgan, "No one back needs to know about this," is a Kingdom soldier looking to keep a secret of some sort.
Over the weekend, ComicBook.com had the chance to interrogate one of the Kingdom's soldiers and learn more about things to come we visit the new community for the first time when The Walking Dead returns.
"The only thing I can even say is its unlike anything that's been seen on Walking Dead so far," Miller says. "It's crazy, everybody knows Ezekiel and the Kingdom from the comics. I think depicting that on screen, it has a crazy world to it that almost feel to me very Mad Max-ish or like living in the realm of the Thunder Dome or Evil Dead 3, Army of Darknesssituation."
Also popping into the trailer briefly are Tara, who looks to be outside of Alexandria finding danger on her own, and a kickass version of Jesus taking down zombies at what appears to be a burning Hilltop community.
