AMC has provided with an exclusive preview of its new AMC Visionaries series, Robert Kirkman's Secret History of Comics, featuring an animated exchange between Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.

The clip, featured above, sees the two Marvel Comics legends discussing some interesting and unearthed details from their time creating iconic characters under the Marvel umbrella. The two certainly aren't in agreement about certain aspects of writing dialogue in the clip, and Sean Howe of Marvel Comics: The Untold Story compares it to "a heavy talk between an ex-husband and an ex-wife." It's an actual interview from a radio show in 1987!

The episode will air on Sunday night at 11 pm ET, directly following a new episode of Talking Dead. This season of Secret History of Comics will include icons such as Stan Lee, Patty Jenkins, Lynda Carter, Kevin Smith, Famke Janssen, J.K. Simmons, Michelle Rodriguez, and Todd McFarlane, among many others.

Of course, it's worth nothing the series is hosted by The Walking Dead's writer and creator Robert Kirkman. Kirkman's involvement and passion for comics runs deep, Walking Dead and horror genre aside. Rising as a comics icon for younger generations, Kirkman has been an advocate for creators and writers who manufacture new and wholly original content.

The series is part of AMC Visionaries, a year-round documentary franchise in which groundbreaking artists celebrate, curate and author the untold stories and fascinating histories of their respective genres. Previously announced installments falling under the AMC Visionaries banner include AMC Visionaries: James Cameron's Story of Science Fiction, AMC Visionaries: Eli Roth's History of Horror, and AMC Visionaries: Rap Yearbook which is executive produced by Black Thought and QuestLove.

Kirkman and AMC's The Walking Dead airs Sundays at 9 pm ET on AMC. For complete coverage and insider info all season long, follow @BrandonDavisBD on Twitter.
