The Walking Dead Season Finale Included A Famous Celebrity's Sister As A Walker

Walker cameos are not uncommon on The Walking Dead. Several professional athletes have put on the make up and stumbled around and even Johnny Depp's head has been featured.

This Sunday, a certain celebrity's sister got The Walking Dead's walker treatment, according to the finale episode's director Greg Nicotero.

"Ashton Kutcher's sister [Tausha Kutcher] was a zombie in the scene where we had the Red Rover walkers," Nicotero tells Moviefone.

He also shared some interesting perspective about the walker whose face Carol ripped off.

"The walker that Carol fought near the dumpster, I hired two twins because we did the before and after," the director explains. "Because Carol grabs the hair and pulls it, stretches the face off. It was the two girls that play harp at the conventions, these two blonde girls."

The VFX and make up teams at The Walking Dead are some of the most innovative people in television.

The Walking Dead returns for its seventh season in October. Expect a trailer to spawn out of San Diego Comic Con in July.
