Netflix Is Finally Streaming Every Episode of a Hit 2010s Drama (And They Took It From Hulu)

The 2010s TV era delivered some of the best TV dramas to date. Viewers turned on their TVs for weekly episodes of hit shows like Downton Abbey, Boardwalk Empire, Breaking Bad, and more. Unfortunately, the streaming wars have created an ever-changing landscape of titles coming and going, leaving subscribers attempting to hunt down their favorite binge watches. After being a mainstay on Hulu for years, one of the best TV dramas from the 2010s is now streaming in full on Netflix.

All six seasons and 124 episodes of Nashville started streaming on Netflix on September 15th following the show’s recent disappearance from Hulu. The series ran for four seasons on ABC beginning in 2012 before it was canceled, with a fan-led campaign to save it eventually paying off when CMT revived the show for two additional seasons, which wrapped in 2018. Now, all six seasons of Nashville are streaming on Netflix. The hit show was created by Callie Khouri and centers around the lives of fictitious country music singers in Nashville, Tennessee, including Connie Britton’s Rayna Jaymes and Hayden Panettiere’s Juliette Barnes. Clare Bowen, Eric Close, Charles Esten, and Jonathan Jackson also star.

If you’re still on the fence, Nashville is well-recommended not just by the audience but also by critics. The series averages an impressive 91% critics score on Rotten Tomatoes across its six seasons and a 73% audience score. Two seasons – Seasons 2 and 3 – even hold a rare 100% critics’ approval score. The series was well-liked for its “catchy pop-western tunes” and appeal to a wide audience through “its sharp atmosphere and its stellar narratives.”

Other TV Shows Now on Netflix

Netflix delivers dozens of new titles to its streaming library every month. Although most of the monthly additions are movies, the September 2025 content list features several hit TV shows, and Nashville is just one of them. September 1st saw the arrival of fellow TV dramas A Thousand Tomorrows (Season 1 now streaming) and Franklin & Bash (all four seasons streaming). The start of the month also brought Netflix subscribers one of the best sci-fi shows to date, with all five seasons of the Tatiana Maslany-led show Orphan Black now available to stream. Several Netflix originals have also debuted this month, most notably the second half of Wednesday Season 2, which has pushed the series into Netflix’s Top 10.
