After the surprise (and oh, what a surprise!) trailer for 10 Cloverfield Lane dropped late Thursday night, the promotional material for this movie continues to go slightly backwards, with a poster now released for the film.
The poster was released on the new movie's official twitter account. It features the same design form seen in the trailer for the title, with the L of "Lane" also extending up through the I of "Cloverfield" then even higher, emerging from the ground by the farmhouse. The tagline "Monsters Come in Many Forms" rests alongside the tunnel-looking L.
10 Cloverfield Lane comes from JJ Abrams' Bad Robot Productions, with writer Drew Goddard and director Matt Reeves. It stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, John Gallagher, Jr. and John Goodman in a thriller that looks to offer another completely new and different take on the monster movie, just as Cloverfield did before it. Check out the full poster below, and the movie in just under two months on March 11, 2016.
