On Saturday, at about 2 p.m., a woman went into a Kroger store in Bloomfield Township, Michigan, to pick up a custom-made "Batman v Superman" birthday cake she had ordered for her 7-year-old. When she arrived at the bakery section and inspected the cake, she told the bakery employees she wasn't satisfied with how it turned out.

She reportedly went behind the counter and attempted to fix the cake herself, even though employees told her she wasn't allowed back there. This angered the customer and she brought the cake to the front of the counter and drop kicked it, sending cake debris across the whole bakery section.

Officers spoke with the woman, who told police she was upset about the poor quality of the decoration. She said she went behind the counter because employees told her she could, and denied kicking the cake, saying it fell out of her hand.

A witness told police she threw the cake to the ground, stepped on it several times and yelled, "They f***ing ruined my seven-year-old's birthday cake!"

She's now facing disorderly conduct charges and has been issued a ticket to appear in court.
