Monkeybrain Comics Preview: Masks & Mobsters #1

From writer Joshua Williamson and

artist Mike Henderson comes a preview of Masks & Mobsters #1, out tomorrow from Monkeybrain Comics. Described as "a crime anthology" on the cover, the series was first announced at San Diego Comic-Con International earlier this month. "I love crime comics and I love to write crime comics, but most of you have probably never read any of my crime comics becuase I don't get to write crime comics," said Williamson at the Monkeybrain panel. He told the audience that the series will follow the stories of mobsters who seemed to vanish after Golden Age superheroes began appearing. "It's mostly an anthology with each issue taking place in a different city with different mobsters," Williamson explained at the time.
