Given Rick's predicament at the end of The Walking Dead Episode 8x06, it's easy to assume things might get worse before they get better. Still, Jadis actress Pollyanna McIntosh wants to promise as much.

Spoilers for The Walking Dead Episode 8x06, The King, The Widow, and Rick follow!

Sunday's episode of The Walking Dead showed Rick Grimes taking it upon himself to venture back to the trash heap which is full of Scavengers who have already betrayed and shot at him. As anyone would expect, his journey to the location wasn't warmly met, and he was ultimately stripped of his clothing and tossed into a shipping container.

According to an interview with Jadis actress actress Pollyanna McIntosh on ComicBook.com's After the Dead, this is just the beginning.

"Man, it gets worse," McIntosh said. "She's already tried to shoot him. And, yeah, I don't think you'll be disappointed with where it goes. It gets pretty interesting."

As noted in the exchange between Rick and Jadis, one character in the conversation talks significantly more than those surrounding it. It's part of why the Polaroid photos Rick presented to Jadis and the group had little impact on their decision against joining his cause. Still, she hasn't completely ruled out the possibility.

"We're real 'take, we don't bother' folks, as you know," McIntosh said. "I think that those pictures are interesting, and Jadis has put that information in her thinky box."

"It's really about tactical stuff," McIntosh said. "I mean, how many people could she possibly still lose over there? And these Saviors, you know, Negan is a guy not to be messed with. He's not as forgiving or as open minded as Rick seems to be. So, we'll go over there and fight this fight for you and possibly lose some of my people for what? You seem to be pretty friendly anyway. Here you are. Yeah."
