Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode Titles Hint At Hero’s Unique Powers

Since Boruto: Naruto Next Generations made its debut last month, anime fans have kept a close eye on the title. After all, the show stands as the follow-up to Naruto Shippuden, one of Japan’s most popular shows to date. With expectations for the show riding high, fans have been pleasantly surprised with what Boruto has had to offer. Now, a slew of new episode titles for the anime have been released, and they are teasing fans about one of Boruto’s most mysterious gifts.

Thanks to Twitter use @YonkouProd, fans can now get a taste of what episode 7-10 will bring to the table in May and June. You can read the titles below:

• “Love and Potato Chips”
• “Message of the Dream”
• “My Own Proof”
• “Ghost Incident, Begin Investigation!”

Currently, no full synopses have been released for the episodes, but fans can glean information from the titles as is. Episode 7 is a direct call to the the Akimichi clan and its love of potato chips. The next episode will likely follow Cho-Cho as she falls head over heels for an unsuspecting classmates.

For episodes 8-9, the stories will be focused on Boruto and his strange ocular jutsu. “Message of the Dream” is said to show Boruto as he dreams of a stranger teaching him about his special eye. Then, “My Own Proof” will follow Boruto as he tries to activate his ocular technique by himself. And, for the show’s tenth episode, it looks like it will tell a filler story about a mysterious ghost hunt.
