The celebrities who are late to the game in doing the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge seem to be adding a little something extra to go beyond the traditional dumping of the ice water on the head. Following in the footsteps of fellow Avengers Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans explained the two beefs he had with the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
“First, if you dump ice in the bucket immediately before dumping it on yourself, that’s not ice water,” said Evans. “So, I’m going to do it properly this time around. I’m going to put the ice in now.”

As far as his second beef, Evans explained, “I keep seeing these videos with people in bathing suits, t-shirts, and tank tops. For me personally, when I bring awareness to a charity, I prefer a more formal setting.”
After letting the ice melt for 30 minutes, Evans returned in a full suit and tie.
For someone who spent so much time on ice, Captain America seems to be rather shocked by his ice water dousing.
The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge helps to raise money and awareness for ALS charities.
